14th Air Law Moot Court | 2023
The 14th edition took place in Leiden, the Netherlands from 12-14 May 2023.
This year's (fictious) case dealed with a dispute between the Democratic Republic of Shelby and the Changretta Federation and concerns a conflict over an accident, cyber-attacks and weapons used against civil aviation - Shelby Airways Flights 254 and 368. The dispute raises questions of public international law and international air law.
